Electronic Communications

BioVantra uses electronic systems to support communication with referring practices and other authorized users.

Do not send protected health information, medical records, laboratory requisitions or other sensitive patient information through unsecured email or ordinary public communication channels.

Authorized referring practices should use the secure Client Portal for supported laboratory orders, specimen and requisition information, report access and ancillary testing requests.

Ordinary email and internet communications may not be secure and may be delayed, misdirected or accessed by unintended recipients.

The BioVantra website and electronic communication systems should not be used for medical emergencies.
