To the extent applicable to its services, BioVantra:

- provides language assistance services, free of charge and in a timely manner, to people whose primary language is not English, such as qualified interpreters or information written in other languages;
- maintains administrative practices intended to support equitable access to laboratory services in coordination with ordering clinicians and healthcare organizations.

4. Federal complaint route (Section 1557 and related civil rights laws)

5. Retaliation
BioVantra will not retaliate against any person for filing a grievance or for participating in the investigation of a grievance.
